Finally! It has come around again! I feel like I am waiting all year for The Sydney Royal Easter Show, and then in the blink of an eye, it’s over, which makes me sad, but hey, only 365 days to go!
My sister, my mum and I go every year, that’s right, every year. Some people think we’re crazy because “it’s the same every year”. To those people I say; get out of my life you soul sucking, joy hating, haters!
If it’s not clear already – I love the Easter Show, and here’s a few reasons why you would love it too!
The Food
It is no secret that I enjoy my food, but the Easter show is next level. Everything is on a stick! Lasagne on a stick, donut on a stick, cheesecake on a stick, chip on a stick, cheese on a stick, corn on a stick … you name it, they’ve got it in stick form!
Not to mention all of the other delectable treats that come in non stick form; deep fried Oreos, pavlova donut holes (with ice cream!), loaded fries with lamb, and of course gozleme!
The Animals
If you were to go to the Easter show and not eat any of the food, it would only be because you were gushing about how cute all of the animals are, and then making sadistic jokes about steak and pork. Well, at least that’s what we do!
There are so many animals to see and lil cute bebbis to pat!
